WARRANTY:

We stand behind the factory warantees and guarantees against manufacturing or quality defects on all products. We do NOT accept returns due to breakage, wear and tear or any reason other than actual manufacturng or quality defects.

If the product was damaged during shipping please keep the original packaging, please contact us immediately so that we can help resolve any problems.

RETURN POLICY:

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 3 days of receipt. Returns are for manufacturer or quality defects. You must contact us prior to returning anything.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and please return items in their original packaging.

NO items will be returned without a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued before returning the product to us.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We have a 98% success rate when shipping to Canda and to the United Kingdom, however delivery is NOT guaranteed. You are responsible for ANY problems with customs, and addtional shipping charges for larger orders.

We will ship to other countries, but you are responsible for knowing your countries laws regarding airsoft guns, we are not responsible for problems with customs or seizures.
